Sports Physicals

Hennessey Schools will be having Sports Physicals for next year's 7-12 Graders on Tuesday, May 6. High School will be from 1:00-3:00. Junior High will be from 3:00-5:00. All paperwork for the high school students will be sent home prior to May 6 for parents to fill out and sign. HS students will need to bring their paperwork with them that day filled out and signed . Parents are required to be with the Junior High students to fill out their paperwork on site. Cost for the sports physical is $10. All bus drivers may have their physical done on this day as well.
